Newer hotel which is clean and modern. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Gym is good and didn't get busy. Room and bed comfortable. Frustrating parking with an app requiring prepay $8 plus an 18.75% per day "service charge." The front desk apologized as it took multiple times to process my Amex on the app, and Hilton cannot take payments for parking. Too much friction using this, and unfortunately I'm seeing these outsourced parking apps pop up in the east. Fix the parking process and could be 5 stars.

This is a solid 4 star hotel. We would come back again. Felicia at the front desk was very pleasant and took time to notice my daughter. The outdoor pool is very nice and the area was clean, however there were bugs and some sand in the pool. Gym was decent. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. The lobby rug upon arrival was not a good first impression as it was very dirty and does not reflect the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast pancakes were good and decent prices. Overall enjoyed our stay and no issues.

I stayed a few weeks ago and I really liked the stay, the lobby was very clean, excellent reception and the rooms were very spotless, I would definitely stay again.

By the airport and there are restaurants around. Friendly staff. They have a bar with happy hour and food items. They offer a breakfast from 6a-10a. Rooms are clean and have fridges and microwaves in them. There is a small 24 hour store/market with drinks and food as well for purchase.

I have to say, this is one of THE NICEST Hilton stays I’ve had, and I’ve had many. I was tired from driving and pulled over for the night, and the gentleman at the desk, Manoj, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. I mean, I was dragging tired, and he really went above and beyond to get me checked in and into my room. The room had some of the best details I’ve seen yet. Bow-ties of the toilet paper, roses on tissue boxes, hand towels twisted into flowers. I just stayed in the Waldorf last November, and I don’t recall being this impressed with those little details. The room was clean, quiet, and when I’m coming this was again, I know I’ll be planning on my stay to be here.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Florence overnight for business. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax and get work done. The desk setup and Wi-Fi were perfect for catching up on emails and projects. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay I’d definitely choose this location again when I’m in the area.

My wife decided she wanted to stay here for a Mother's Day get-away. They charge $8/day for parking, and yes, they do police the lot to check. That's a real turn off for me. If you're at least a Gold member they do not charge. The room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant doesn't look to be open at night, but it is. Go to the front desk to order. Pizza is OK.. Like amusement park pizza, and gin about 30 minutes to come out. The tacos were good. Iced tea is from a bottle. In other words, go eat at Drakes or 859 Taproom. We spent $60 on a pizza, tacos, 3 iced tea (bottles), and the 2 deserts they have - cheesecake and sponge cake. Both are good, but were frozen, so not fresh. Breakfast is not free and is a continental buffet. It's $13 per person. The location is good. It sits right next to the garden center of Meijer. Rooms on the back of the hotel looks more or less to the south and you'll see airplanes come in. If you're into that then stay in rooms like 531 which is on that side. Many restaurants are right there, or just down 71S at RT 42 - Bob Evans, etc. The shower door assembly was hung wrong, so the door slides open. Block it shut with a wash cloth or towel. We'll go back to staying at the Hilton Home 2 or Homewood Suites.
